With new product lines continuesly available to us in this industry, we firmly believe that our job is to advise you of all material selections. We do not use incentive based products whether your finishing your basement, choosing a siding color, selecting faucets or tile. Incentive Based Products limits your selection of materials and overall will affect your desired outcome.

Many Architect’s have assistant’s who are preparing the plans of your future space or home. Although many of these assistant’s may have enough knowledge to use a computer program to produce a set of plans, they lack field experience, design experience, and product knowledge. With every project we complete we assist our clients with all product selections, all layouts from electrical to tile, and overall design concepts.

Once a consumer hires and Architect, plans are produced, submitted to the Town and/or Village and permits are approved or not. Once Final set of plans have been produced to the client, and permits have been released Architect’s are paid in full. It’s now up to the contractor to build this project which appears to work on paper. We’ve all heard the stories about change orders or why cost’s ran over budget. Being a Design / Build firm we not only prepare the Architectural plans for your project, we make all design changes before permits are released, we build what we designed, with cost overages for unforeseen conditions only. Having complete control over the Design / Build process also allows us to maintain the budget set forth by our clients, and ensure your desired expectations are met.  

Having Architectual services on staff allows us to expidite jobs in a timely manner, with prompt completion dates.
