With new product lines continuously available to us, we firmly believe that our job is to advise you regarding all the material selections that are available for your project. We do not use incentive based products, whether you’re finishing your basement, choosing a siding color, or selecting faucets and/or tile. Incentive based products limit your selection of materials and overall will affect your desired outcome.

The begining to any great home are well thought out Design concepts with a client’s budget in mind. We work closely with Architect’s to ensure you plans are within your budget and meet your needs. Field experience, design skills, and product knowledge can not be re-produced on Cad drawings. Continuously working with Architect’s on your plans allows us to take into consideration, budget, design elements, kitchen layouts, lighting layout, furniture layouts, future plans, as well as many other key points that are necessary to complete a solid project.  With every project we complete,  assisting our clients with all product selections, all layouts from electrical to flooring, and overall design concepts so you can trust that the end product will not only measure up to industry standards but also up to your own.

What usually happens is that once a consumer hires a residential architect, plans are produced, submitted to the town and/or village and permits are approved or not. Once the final set of plans has been produced for the client and permits have been released, the architects are paid in full. It’s now up to the contractor to build this project which sometimes only appears to work on paper. We’ve all heard the stories about change orders or why costs ran over budget. Working closely with Architect’s allows us to include in your plans, desired lighting layout, mechanicals, HVAC, and well as many other aspects of the project… The law of Common Sense says, ” If we are building it then we need to be apart of creating it. ” Every foundation to a good project is one in which the Architect and Design / Build Contractor work closely together on Architectural plans to produce a complete set of plans.

Being a Design/Build firm, we not only assist to preparing  the architectural plans for your project, we make all design changes before permits are released. We then build what we designed. Cost overages only occur for unforeseen conditions. Having complete control over the Design /Build process also allows us to maintain the budget set forth by our clients and ensure that their desired expectations are met.

Our close working relationship with Architect’s  allow us to expedite jobs in a timely manner, with prompt completion dates.
